• Completed a chilled water piping package using carbon steel and aqua thermal piping
• Tied new piping required into existing building facilities

• Completed all pipe insulation, including testing and balancing

²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵAPP experienced a harsh winter at the project start, which delayed foundation and slab work and subsequently affected the start date of the mechanical work. ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵAPP had the unique challenge of managing multiple teams including the owner, owner's representative, and multiple on-site trade partners. The project also had a significant delay as the owner had a programming issue in which their existing system was unable to communicate with the new system, which took five months to resolve.
