Scope of Work
The upgrade of Muirkirk Wastewater Pumping Stations A and B included demolition and removal of the existing electrical cabinets. ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵAPP furnished and installed a new pump station building at each site, comprising of electrical distribution, ventilation, as well as pump control and monitoring equipment.
Project Details
- ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵAPP performed the following:
- Furnished and installed new conduit and wire in each pump station
- Made pipe modifications in the flow meter vault
- Furnished and installed exhaust and supply fans along with duct for the wet wall
- Excavated and installed 9 feet, 10-inch by 11-feet, 10-inch concrete foundation for Station A and B
- Furnished and installed 60 feet SCAD Pole
- Installed (2) VFDs, Panelboard, Main Circuit Breaker, Wetwell Vent Monitor Control Panel, and (4) Terminal Panels

The Muirkirk Wastewater Pumping Stations were small in size, therefore ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵAPP had minimal room to perform work, which required efficient and effective pre-planning.
